ASSC2007’s delegates are free to make their own accommodation reservations in any hotel of their choice. However, the ASSC2007 Local Organizing Committee has secured a room block, with specially discounted Meeting Rates, at the Imperial Palace Hotel (ASSC2007’s Venue and Headquarters). If you wish to reserve a room in the Imperial Palace Hotel, please go to room rate information and reservation procedures.
Room shares & car pooling
We have created a mailing list to help people to find roommates and/or share rides to the meeting. The ASSC room share mailing list (assc2007-roomshare) is a Google group. It will not be shared with any third parties.
You can send emails to the group and browse the group archive to find a roommate or somebody to car pool with to Las Vegas.
